Multi Orange:
Characteristics
Easy to sand Low- viscosity self- leveling 2-component polyester light
filler for leveling dents and unevenness in car repairs.
Multi Orange is characterized by its very smooth and pore- free surface
the use of an additional fine filler can be dispensed with.
Adhesion to iron, steel, aluminum, galvanized surfaces, GRP and
Wood. No sagging of the filler.

Tech Tip

– Use 4CR 2900.0051 white BPO Hardener
– Recomended mixing with 4CR Putty board 2690 (Onion board)
– Changes colour when sanded (sanding guide)
– Very easy sanding

– No sagging of the filler.
Once 4CR 2370 has dried and sanded, it can be over- coated
using all customary paint systems. For the sealing of eventual
pores Cover putty stains with 4CR Filler.
Application
Processing conditions from 10°C and up to 80% relative air humidity.
The polyester putty will not fully harden at under +10 C.
Substrate treatment:
iron, steel, aluminum, galvanized surfaces, GRP and Wood:
Clean, derust and sand the surface, degrease with anti-silicone.
Old coatings:
Remove by sanding all traces of old thermoplastic coats (nitrocellulose based paint, 1K-acrylic coats) as well as
acid reacting coats (Washprimer) and synthetic paints.
Primary coats to be treated:
EP primer after they have complete cured.
Insufficient or an excess addition of hardener can result in a stainy overcoat. A sealing of the surface with 4CR
Filler is recommended.
