Rallye Spray black silk-mat
Characteristics
7420 Rallye Spray is a fast drying car refinishing paint.
The product is weather resistant and lightfast.
Especially suited for fast and simple repair work on cars and
other vehicles.
Tech Tip
– Fast drying, weather resistant.
– Good hiding power, good adhesion.
– Lead-free, lightfast.
Application
Substrate: Fully hardened and sanded old paint work, thoroughly
dry 1K and 2K Filler materials.
Pretreatment / Cleansing: Precleansing with 4CR silicone
remover.
Processing conditions from +15°C to +25°C and upto 80%
relative air humidity.
All substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease.
Shake can vigorously for approx. 3 mins. prior to use.
Spraying distance approx. 20 – 30 cm.
Apply several thin layers
3 – 4 coats, dry film thickness of 40 – 60 µm
Flash-off time of approx. 3 – 5 Minuten between each coating.
After use, turn can upside down and spray until the valve is
clean, this prevents the valve from clogging up.
