Underbody Protection Bitumen Spray
Characteristics
4CR 5200 Underbody Protection Bitumen Spray is a durable elastic underbody
protection based on rubber-bitumen.
Provides a long-term protection against water, salt, corrosion on corners, edges or for
repair work.

Application:
Substrate: The substrate must be clean from rust, grease, and polishing agents and
sanded. If necessary primed.
Pretreatment / Cleansing: Pre-cleansing with 4CR Silikonentferner.
Processing Conditions: Can be processed at any temperature.
Do not spray on the motor, gears, brakes etc.
All substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease. Shake can vigorously for approx. 3 mins. prior
to use. Spraying distance approx. 20 – 30 cm. Apply several thin layers, with a flash-off period of
approx. 3 – 5 Minuten between each coating.
After use, turn can upside down and spray until the valve is clean, this prevents the valve from
clogging up.

Storage and Transportation:
The product may not be stored under +10°C and above +30°C the packaging must be protected from direct
sunlight and heat. Cool and moisture free stored the product is tenable for a minimum of 2 years in the
unopened original packaging.
