Plastic Primer Spray
Characteristics
4CR Plastic Primer Spray is a special adhesion promoter for the
following coating of plastic parts.
Suitable for exterior mirrors, spoilers, bumpers, plastic parts on
the flooring.
Also suitable for furniture made of hard-plastics.

EC limiting value for the product (cat. B/e): 840 g/l (2007)
This product contains max. 840 g/l VOC [ 7.01 lbs/gal]

– Transparent-silver, enables the control of the previously coated
areas.
Application
Substrate: Adhesion promoter for the following substrates / plastics:
ABS, EMT, EP-Laminate, HP-Alloy, PA, PBTP, PC, POM, PP/EPDM, PPO, PUR hard, PUR soft, PVC.
Pretreatment / Cleansing: Pre-cleansing with 4CR WB 0620 silicone remover, 5655 Plastic cleaner.
Processing conditions from +10°C and up to 80% relative air humidity.
Drying Times:
Dust-dry: after approx. 5 – 10 mins.
Overcoatable: after approx. 10 mins.
All substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease. Shake can vigorously for approx. 3 mins. prior to use.
Spraying distance approx. 20 – 30 cm.
Apply several thin layers, with a flash-off period of approx. 3 – 5 Minuten between each coating.
After use, turn can upside down and spray until the valve is clean, this prevents the valve from clogging up.
